The customer service that we have received from Hatters, Carpet and Flooring department has been excellent. We had an issue with a carpet, which was a manufacturing fault, and following inspection, a replacement was organised promptly by Mike. A seamless and excellent service. We couldn’t recommend this department more highly.

Forget your Retail Park furniture outlet stores, this place is absolutely superb. They give that great old fashioned level of service and have the best selection of sofas and furniture in the area. Helpful and dedicated staff who leave you in peace to make those all important decisions on big ticket items.
