Alastair came to replace our cylinder in our lock and even went to the extra effort of trying to adjust the door that was starting to lean. he went above and beyond and was very polite and friendly i would recommend him and will definitely use him in the future.
I was really impressed by the service we received. alastair arrived promptly, changed the lock (the key had snapped in the lock), changed our door handles on request and charged us a very reasonable fee - would definitely recommend him!
