I had fantastic treatments here, I suffer from a chronic condition and acupuncture definitely improved my life.

Hi I had so much going on with my body after so many test done from hospital & gp I decided to go with an open mind to try anything. Mary was amazing very helpful listened to all what I had going on .very understanding. She was so gentle I didn't even fell needless going in.i was so relaxed. I always had a pain in upper back due to 1 gallstones. Any of my family or friends I always got to rub it .I have never been regular with bowels n 3 years due to hurt & bereavement. But after 1st ever session I felt that area thobbing but late that night my pain eased of & havnt had it from then .also the day I went I had bit of sciatic pain which disappeared. Second day I started to go to toilet .bowels have moved daily which is like winning lotto for me .I cant thank her enough I have been sleeping till around 5am which is bonus I am hitting pillow and going sleep which I never do normally. I am less stressed in my job as a career on 12 hour shifts. Overall amazing highly recommend to go .I so look forward to go back on Monday. Cant thank you enough. In 4 days with 1 session and my own healthy eating I have lost 3lb .here to next few sessions. Thank you Mary x
