Our smoke alarms were going off every 10 mins during the night. I rang James. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to my husband how to disconnect them and then gave me advice on what to change them to and where to buy it. He didn't charge for his help. I had three electricians out in desperation to get to the bottom of the issue I was having at my home with my electric tripping. They all without looking at anything speculated all sorts of things like needing a whole rewiring of the house, etc. But James came to my home and spent the time going through each area and found the issue in the most honest and professional way. One of my sockets in an office stopped working so I googled electricians newr me and decided to use this company due to a lot of positive reviews. And I was right to do as the engineer (James) arrived couple of hours later and the issue was promptly fixed. Not only that I was also explained what the issue was as well as all checks were made to make sure it won't happen again and there is no permanent damage. Price was reasonable as well. Will be using the company in the future :)

Called about 10pm on a friday night. He kindly passed on advice (over phone) to figure out what area of the house is causing the fuse to trip. We were able to get the electric working in all areas except the living room which was a massive help. Will call tomorrow to fix the living room area. Much appreciated the help and highly recommend
