I have been a customer of pure for several years now. I normally go for a massage specifically pregnancy massage and foot massage. I am now a busy working mum of three so I rarely have the time to book in or plan to book in. I find the salon very accommodating if I contact them for a last minute appointment they always make time for me even though they have a very busy diary of people using their services. I find that really lovely that they try their best to work around you. They are open evenings and weekends which is brilliant for anyone struggling to get childcare during the day or people who work. Again this is very accommodating. The premises are very luxurious, the beds are often heated and products used are always top of the range- new spec appliances and calm soothing lighting. I feel so relaxed whilst in pure body and beauty they often play music provide water refreshments and have the lighting low to give you that ultimate zen experience. Recently I had my first facial with pure and it was absolutely brilliant. The girl talked me through a good skin care routine and gave me great advice to look after my skin going forward. The appliances used were excellent and the facial also included massage which was brilliant. Pure prices are also lower than competitors - fair prices are admirable. Every salons prices of stock have increased specifically in ni due to the brexit postage hikes. I do not feel pure has increased their prices much at all in the years I have been having massage (7 years). I feel that speaks volumes for the salons ethics. So thank you pure for being so open to all backgrounds and allowing people to keep their body and soul happy and healthy through your services. Thank you so much I will be back :)
