Manned by volunteers, the cafe is such a unique idea. we chanced upon it after our visit to the titanic belfast. beautiful place to just chill out and rest our feet after spending hours in the museum. kudos to the volunteers. pay as you wish.
Fantastic place to enjoy a coffee and cake, have what you like pay what you think is fair or can afford. a great idea and lovely staff. they don't do hot food just cakes, scones and tray bakes, but you are welcome to bring hot food in from the local spar 2 min away. right in the titanic qtr. plenty of picnic tables outside.
Its was my first time here. i had a tea and bits of cakes. it was really nice and a real lovely atmosphere, staff were very friendly. definitely recommend!
Never seen anything like this before. staff were super friendly and explained fully how it all worked. we popped down the road for some hot food and returned to eat our food there and had a cup of tea and a really nice slice of cake called a haystack (sort of coconut sponge)
Amazing discovery whilst i was visiting belfast. it is the perfect place to enjoy a scone and cup of tea/coffee. they don't offer meals however you are welcome to bring food in from elsewhere and enjoy the atmosphere. there are a range of seating options from sofas to bar stools, and there are books to read during your visit or you can spend some time in the prayer garden, not to mention all of the incredible local artwork on display. the volunteers are super friendly and the whole café runs on the donations of the customers which is an excellent initiative. would recommend to anyone who is nearby.
