J & W Body Repairs

I brought my car here after I reversed it into a wooden pole and it was covered in marks. They buffed it for me and took all the marks away revealing the tiniest scratch, and the man was very honest and said it would cost more to fix than he thinks is worth and I could get something from halfords to fix it myself. He wouldn't let me pay for it and it looks a million times better than it did. Very thankful and would recommend.

J&W were on a list of approved repairers and I am so glad they were! I was self isolating, up to yesterday, and the arrangements they had put in place for me to have the car estimated and repaired were excellent. I felt very much at ease with the steps they had put in place and even the courtesy car was absolutely spotless. I also got an additional quote to have a dent pulled out and numerous scrapes and scratches on part of the vehicle to be repaired. I was delighted at the price and the finished job was immaculate. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. I was so pleased with the service that I am in the process of arranging to get my wife’s car booked in. Last, and by no means least I noticed some of the earlier remarks about the office staff; this baffled me as I was treated in a thoroughly friendly, helpful and professional manner.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. My car was fixed and looking as good as new within a few days and I’m delighted with the service I received, and they even touched up a couple of stone chips for me on request. I also really appreciated the car being washed and cleaned inside and out, a small gesture that goes a long way. I’ll be recommending J&W to anyone that needs any work done, thanks guys!!

My car door was damaged when a gust of wind grabbed it. Couldn't open the door, so couldn't use the car. J&W fixed it for me while I waited and No Charge!! Exceptional work as usual and fantastic service! Thank you!
