Alan,johnny, and their team of mechanics have always been good to me and helped me at short notice and difficult jobs, even just giving me advice over the phone. as a self employed tradesmen my van is unbelievably important to me, and no trust no one above them
Top quality customer service all round. i brought my car in for an inspection and received a phone call little over an hour later stating what work would need carried out and their professional opinion on the best way to go forward. when i arrived to pick up my car the battery was flat (due to the faulty alternator - nothing they done) the team happily jump started the car for me then offered to charge the batter for a few hours for me to ensure i had enough power to get home. you don't often get customer service like that anymore. 10/10 would recommend and will be using again.
