Looked for a mould removal individual and came across sebastian. i explained that the house had a significant mould problem and needed it cleaning. he was brilliant. he fully explained the service, what they did and why. we agreed the plan to be to clean and a fumigation to kill all spores. he arrived exactly when he said he would. again he explained what he was going to do and answered my questions with clear and easy answered. no jargon or hedging. he cleaned the walls that were affected as well as the ceiling. he then explained the source of the mould and gave me a plan to go forward with. his attitude, punctuality and work ethic was outstanding. if you have mould this is the individual with the knowledge and skill to deal with it. highly recommend.

Sebastian and wife are a great team and done such an amazing job. they were clean and efficient and very happy to alter requests on the day. we got a 5 star service for sure 😊

Sebastian was wonderful from start to finish. i called him as a guest we were hosting had smoked in their room and we required that the odour be removed quickly. sebastian talked me through the options and was able to squeeze us in the next evening - which was so important for us due to the business we could have lost if there had been a long wait. he arrived on schedule and explained everything clearly as well as providing a quote for the work in advance. all in all a very positive experience and professional and efficient service!

Sebastian was very responsive from the initial enquiry. he and his team arrived on time, worked very hard and as promised left us with almost dry carpets. we are very pleased with the result of the steam cleaning having not used this service before. instead of thinking about renewing carpets, the steam cleaning has given us another 5 years before we need to think about that. the cost was very reasonable and i would highly recommend.

I contacted cleaning contractors on 23rd june via whatsapp regarding upholstery cleaning. response was prompt and after sending pictures of my sofas was provided with a quote and asked if i was happy to proceed. i felt no obligation but found the price very reasonable and was therefore happy to proceed. i was booked in for the following wednesday at 10am. the furniture came up brilliant, i was pleased with both the service and the end result. i would definitely use the company again and recommend to anyone.
