Castlereagh Chimney Sweep

Ryan done an absolutely amazing job and i would 100% recommend. he was on time, amazing value for money and super tidy! he talked me through some important pointers, showing the brush exit through the chimney and how much soot had built up along with a birds nest etc. we will be using him again in the future :) thanks for the great work!

I normally don’t write reviews but i think is the right thing to do. before xmas this person cleaned my chimney which after the first i used it, it was ok. the second time smoke started to come back from it to the point that the whole house smelled (lasted 2 days at least). i called back straight away (23rd dec) and there was no answers to my calls neither text messages. i called and texted again 27th dec. stupidly i thought he might be busy between xmas and new year. but again texted on 7, 10th january answer me saying he was coming next day… of course i was waiting all day. then several text messages unanswered and another phone call saying he was coming but the worst of the winter passed and i’m still waiting!!! i take away my initial review where i said he was such a nice person, quick and professional! is the opposite, a liar and a complete irresponsible! don’t bother calling him. now i will need to call someone else, extra money for something that was supposed for saving heating money. don’t call him! is a liar!! 😡

Ryan was friendly, professional and was able to come out to us at short notice, which was much appreciated. he also left the living room very clean and tidy. i'd highly recommend him! thanks again ryan! :)

Apart from doing an excellent job and leaving the place just as he found it. ryan was very respectful and hid communication with me was great. ryan rang ahead and confirmed on the day and arrived as planned. his knowledge was excellent and he even did a small repair. great guy, very pleasant. we now have an annual date. thank you ryan

Excellent service from ryan - swept our chimney after a magpie had managed to get down and create a right mess in our front room (we had managed to get magpie out of window, safe and sound!). arranged for cowl fitting to ensure no repeat. helpful, friendly and efficient. 5 stars.
