Today we had Robert call to clean the chimney and check the oil burner as had been leaking . He arrived when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss or hassle and left everything tidy. What we really like about Robert is his reliability and knowledge. All the necessary checks were made. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he has provided excellent customer service for over 10 years.

Robert was punctual, friendly, and explained everything he was doing to me as an interested onlooker. He also gave me some advice on stove maintenance going forward. Job was completed quickly with absolutely zero mess - the stove was left cleaner than it was before he arrived! Will be booking in every year from now on.

Robert came out today to clean our chimney as we have recently moved house and were not sure of the condition of it. Robert was so friendly, explained the whole process of what he was doing and answered any questions we had as interested onlookers. There was no mess at all, and the living room was left looking exactly as it had done before he arrived. Will be using Robert every year now, would highly recommend!

We called Robert to sweep the chimney & replace the cap at the top. He fitted us in quickly as he had a cancellation. He was efficient and left the room immaculate (whilst graciously answering the million questions he was asked by our kids). He also gave us advice on our plans to change an existing fireplace & substantial hearth, so we asked him back to design, source & install the project. Despite facing some challenges getting the flue liner down our tricky chimney, he did a superb job and has transformed the room for us. The job was tidy, efficient and great value. We would not hesitate to recommend Robert. Thank you.

Robert came out earlier this year to do a sweep of our flue in a newly purchased house. Robert was out quickly and did the sweep with no mess or fuss. He was also able to give us some good advice on the best way to use the wood stove safely and provided us with information to help when looking at a replacement in future. Happy to recommend.
