Fantastic results very quickly Mark is excellant at his work, the treatment is first class a real eye opener and the fact you are shown how to look after yourself going forward is superb. I had a hip issue after an ankle fracture and for months couldn't play golf without being in agony after 5 or so holes and work was an issue also when walking. So went to Mark my first Chiropractor, first week was treatment and diagnosis could start to move feeling better about things. Back for a second session could play nine holes pain free, third session 15 holes no issue fourth week 18 holes completely pain free and loving life. Mark then fixed other issues I was deciding where issues I had to live with and you don't, not only did he fix but once again showed me after care to do myself. I now have 10-15 yards added on every club feeling like I did years ago. Trust me worth going without any doubt. Thanks Mark

Mark was truly professional and offered a patient focused treatment plan when I sought an urgent appointment due to severe acute pain in my right shoulder. Mark carried out a head-to-toe examination to ensure that there were no hidden causes for my pain, then he gently provided my initial treatment which immediately freed up much needed shoulder and arm movements. Mark followed up with gentle stretches and exercises between treatments, and during my second treatment he was able to free up further movement and has provided me with further exercises to ensure that I can maximise my arm movements while being pain free. I would highly recommend Mark if you have back or shoulder pain.

Highly recommend Mark at SLS Chiropractic. After a back injury at an aerial silks workshop Mark was quick to emphasise the importance of rest and recovery with at-home rehab and in person treatment. Mark was very friendly and meticulous in his work - monitoring the progress of recovery and mobility of my back at each appointment. A really good experience and would recommend for anyone else with a sports related injury!

Mark has been a great help having been in a few accidents my neck and back had been really stiff and painful. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and friendly makes you feel extremely comfortable and takes the time to listen to all your concerns! Since starting my sessions my neck/back are so much better full movement without pain! If you were debating trying it just do it my quality of life has improved greatly and im very grateful for Mark's work.
