In severe pain with sciatica, mobility badly affected. Spinal degeneration, making a bleak future. GP no help apart from surgery with limited success. My friend suggested trying a chiropractor. I looked online & booked with Tuira. How lucky I have been. In two months Ted has returned my life to me . Incredibly knowledgable, a great communicator, & skilful. Ted has given me hope, that my condition can be managed successfully. I contribute happily by doing home exercises specific for my spine that Ted shows me. I had extremely uncomfortable lower back pain recently. I called Tuira Chiropractic on a friend's recommendation and have never looked back. the pain was instantly relieved and Ted created a road map designed for me to help me stay pain free. I have been suffering with migraines for years. I also carried around neck and shoulder pain to the point it was just normal for me. Was recommended to Tuira by a friend who insisted I visit this place. First impressions were very good. I met ted who was very kind, considerate and professional. He made feel so welcome and gave me the impression he knew how to fix me. After a very thorough assessment which was encouraging he then began the adjustments. Once completed I felt so much better. But only time would tell regarding the migraines. I have now been going to see ted for 4 weeks. My neck and shoulder pain are gone and there is no inkling of my migraines returning what so ever... Tuira truly takes pride in its work and really cares about out come. Once my readjustment period is over and I continue to do the homework given I have been assured I will never need to return. Definitely a place not looking to take advantage of its customers. However I’m going to keep coming at least twice a year to maintain the great work done. I highly recommend Tuira to all. Fantastic caring place.

Recommended for neck and shoulder stiffness many years ago which Ted fixed. Felt brilliant and stopped doing the previous exercises. Back for treatment for sciatica now. Exercise exercise exercise, keep working at it and have maintenance visits. Ted is excellent

Ted is brilliant, I went with one main issue and he ended up sorting out other issues I didn’t realise I had. I haven’t had a headache or nose bleed from I’ve been attending and my back feels better than ever. I actually feel less tired and mentally stronger also, it’s amazing how something that seems minor can effect you in ways you wouldn’t realise and from I’ve been going to Ted I’m like a new person. Highly recommend.
