Excellent company. Friendly and efficient service. Only had a problem once when a courier delivered a parcel to the wrong address in England. It was resolved quickly. Booking on the website is easy. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Excellent service. I had great difficulty finding transport of a cellphone from Cyprus to UK. The local post office in Cyprus had refused to carry it. DHL were not interested in helping me, then I find NI Parcels. I had two very personable employees help me with all the intricacies of waybills, customs forms etc and their web site is the very best. The item was picked up and delivered in 3 days.I am happy to recommend them to anyone for their wonderfully helpful and excellent service.

Bought my husband a monster golf mat from USA the company did not deliver outside USA. Due to this I searched and found NI PARCELS . The price was great , delivery impeccable, also ad an issue with having to change date at short notice ,the guys where instant on doing this for me absolutely can’t recommend this company enough thank you ! We live on the Wirral!

Great service, I had to ship a laptop from Cyprus to the UK. The collection had to be rescheduled a couple of times, once due to the driver not showing up (not NI Parcel’s fault) and at other times, on my part, but they were happy to do it. The actual delivery was faster than expected, collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday and customs was simple to do, I was claiming returned goods relief and information to fill was easy to find and fill in. The shipping was actually cheaper than what I spent to ship it to Cyprus in the first place. I recommend them!!
