Very straightforward process, completed form for quotation and response was next day. fast and efficient, item arrived in canada within 5 days, very pleased with the service, would definetly recommend.
Due to royal mail being a disaster at present, i decided to get a quote from pack & send east belfast. the quote was a bit more than what i was expecting but it was well worth the money. the package was dropped off on tuesday afternoon in belfast and arrived by 7.30pm in austin, texas!!! really happy with the customer service, would definitely recommend and use again :) thanks, astrid
