My 15 year old has been attending this dentist for a number of years and they were great - kind, understanding and caring. However, I can't believe that she cannot get a check up for another 4 months by which time , she will not have seen a dentist for 3 years. I had phoned repeatedly over the last 2 years but as it wasn't an emergency, she couldn't be seen and I understood that. I had thought that those who had waited the longest time, would have had priority but this doesn't seem to be the case. It's not that I have lots of money but I even offered to pay privately for her to be seen, as I am concerned about her teeth but there is still no way of seeing a dentist until October. The receptionist has told me that if my daughter isn't experiencing pain, then there are no cavities, which is slightly reassuring but I just worry that there is going to be an emerging number of young adults requiring dentures. Yet another consequence of covid.

Had my appointment cancelled at a few days notice. Many months later I'm still waiting to hear from them. Poor service. Very, very poor.
