Beyond First class from first point of contact. All the staff at James Brown & Sons, Ann marie, Joan, Andrew and everyone else involved with helping me organize my Fathers funeral. I can’t thank you all enough. You all made me feel very comfortable in my time of need. The level of customer service received was way beyond anything I have ever received before. Daddy had the greatest send off in celebration of his life. The care and attention to detail was amazing. My mother's funeral arrangements and service where handled professionally and sensitively by James Brown and Son. From making the arrangements for the funeral, the running of the service on the day and the care and attention taken to support the family, I would recommend this funeral home to support you in what can be difficult times.

When i first went in i was greeted by Riana who was amazing and took me through everything i needed to do to organise the funeral of my mum. She was very amenable to my needs and i felt coming to Browns i had made the best choice, from setting up to the actual funeral day itself. I cant remember the girls name who was in charge of the funeral but she was amazing also she guided me through every aspect of what was happening. I cant thank Browns enough for their guidence and help.

The whole team were knowledgeable, kind, considerate, caring and respectful. They made a difficult distressing time bearable through excellent customer service. Riana was fantastic and helpful in all planning aspects, Anne Marie so kind in her caring and support when I first visited my husband at rest, Brandon as the funeral director discussing with me and planning the funeral to run so smoothly and Mark as the officiant who spoke so eloquently and really described my husband so well after a short family meeting that most there thought he was a close family friend. It was a true celebration of my husbands life and this was so appreciated by us all.
