Excellent customer service, my first time in the store and will be back. great selection of quality furniture.. window display is what attracted me to the shop. paul was very helpful and informative regarding bar stools which i have now purchased. both paul and denise very helpful regarding kitchen table and chairs, giving me a number of options to consider, i plan to call down soon to finalise this. really looking forward to getting my new kitchen furniture 😊

My husband and i have bought furniture from keens quite a few times over the past seven years, and have just had the latest piece delivered this morning. honestly, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. the furniture itself is top quality, the showroom display is always inspiring, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the delivery system is great. it’s really a top quality service from beginning to end. thank you keens!

I can’t give keens or their staff enough stars! peter and the lady at keens have been so helpful on multiple occasions. after being let down terribly by ez living interiors in belfast, keens pulled out all the stops to get our sofa out of the shop and loaded into the van that same day. their warehouse guys dismantled the furniture and loaded it perfectly into our van, all whilst looking at stylish as their furniture lol proper decent people, passionate about their products and a breath of fresh air compared to the lacklustre service we received by other stores. fantastic service, cannot recommend enough.

Keens was recommended to us as we were looking for sofas and chairs. firstly we were surprised at the huge selection and all very different. we are not easy people to please as we have very precise ideas of what we want. peter, was excellent, his knowledge and patience was brilliant. he showed us all the ranges and helped to guide us with his expertise and experience to the best selection for us. he was extremely patient as we choose colours, fabrics and leathers. his advice was invaluable. unfortunately now we have found keens, we want their beautiful coffee tables and lamps. would highly recommend and the service was exceptional. thank you again for all your help.
