Sloan's Gym Belfast

This was my first time working in Belfast for 2 weeks and I found this gym to be the most welcoming, friendliest gym I've been in. Not to mention you will find everything an athlete/fitness junkie hoped to find... An amazing space, a focused atmosphere, Incredibly friendly staff, cafe, cafe area and superb deals. Will truly miss this gym and definitely to return back again soon.

Best gym, joined in Jan and living it!! So friendly and staff are always so helpful. Great machines and music. Roof top gym opening soon, is a bonus. Always get a good work out and amazing classes too. Food and staff in the wee cafe are fab. Keep it up guys 💪❤️ Frances 😊

Amazing gym, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful, and while there may not be the largest range of new machines and equipment, it just adds to the nostalgic, old school feel of the gym. In addition, the in house kitchen prepares protein meals and snacks that are amazing and have perfect macros. Would wholeheartedly recommend to a regular gym goer.

I visited Belfast for a week and on my first day in town, I saw that this gym was a short walk from my hotel. I walked in to inquire about their daily pass. One of the trainers gave me a tour and when he found out my travel plans, he passed me off to the proprietor to work out a weekly pass which was a price break instead of purchasing multiple daily passes. The gym itself is located on the first and second floor of a building shared with a Ladbrokes. The first level is primarily free weights and the second level is primarily treadmills and bikes. To my surprise, there is also an outdoor area to exercise when you go to the second level if that's your thing. There were also kettlebells, medicine balls and other cross fit paraphernalia on both levels. The locker rooms appeared to have a shower facility as well but I do not know if there was a water fountain present anywhere. In addition to that, there is also a little cafe with some prepared meals available as well as shakes and protein bars/balls made in-house. As a member of a big gym chain environment in London and Chicago, it's nice to be in a more intimate environment for a change. The proprietor, Johnny, made me feel welcome and that seemed to rub off on the other members as well. Thanks for the great experience!

Very welcoming family run team! Made me feel at home with impressive equipment and a modern, aesthetic theme to go with it. Highly recommended
