i have worked at prime care for 9 years now and it is a wonderful company to work for!

These guys are absolutely terrific. My dad needs support and company in his advancing years, and when a care/support arrangement we had for him fell through at the last minute, we got in touch with Michelle at PrimeCare and despite being busy, they jumped in and helped us out with just a day's notice. The owner made himself available to help us, and established a good rapport with my dad. This is a family run business - they are sympathetic, approachable, informed and were immediately responsive and flexible to my dad's needs and to our individual needs and circumstances as a family. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if I could award them six or seven stars I would.

Prime Care began caring for my father a few weeks ago, taking over from the emergency care team. My father who is 93 was left with severe mobility issues following a serious fall and fracturing his hip and arm. The staff are so professional, kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble. The small team and consistent care times have really helped my mother who has her own mental health issues. I am the owner of a domiciliary care company in Portsmouth and can recognise excellent staff and service provision when I see it. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

This care company cared for my mum several years ago. We had one problem and the Company sorted it out immediately. They unfortunately stopped caring in our area as we live in the countryside. The workers were excellent. They looked after our loved one like she was their own. Unfortunately I can't say that about the other care companies we had since them , my mother was draglifted abused and treated terribly. She was neglected and injured and subjected to being yelled at. Prime Care were amazing and a great loss. Keep up the good work.
