ETAP Belfast

The rooms were nice enough, nothing spectacular but did the job. The service was very good, we got complimentary coffee and tea (and pastries one morning). The cleaning and reception staff were helpful too.

I really liked this hotel. In a great location (by bus station). Only a 10 min walk to the main bars & city center. Rooms were clean, staff great. Only "issue" if u can call it that was I was sharing with another male friend & there was little privacy in the shower.. Not a huge problem for us though. I would stay here again if I visited for sure. Thank you

This hotel is located at the prime location to explore Belfast city via walk or public transport. Rooms get clean everyday, unlimited coffee and tea available at the reception. We were early to check in and had some hours after checking out in both occasions we left our luggage at the reception without any hassles. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Only one thing I notice is I was expected a bit bigger room.

I can’t believe that this is classed as a 2 star hotel or/and customers have not been satisfied. If your after a plush hotel with swimming pools, a gym, sauna and a steam room, go else where. If your after convenience, reasonable priced, perfect central location, surrounded by bars and shops, 8 minute walk to the train station, 7 minute walk to the city hall, 10 minute walk to the centre, 13 minute walk to the Botanic gardens, 7 minute walk to the opera house, free hot drinks 24/7, a quiet hotel, great comfortable bed, a fantastic shower, fantastic friendly staff, then this is a must!!! I would most definitely recommend this hotel and most definitely revisit. Thank you to the staff for caring for us and providing everything we needed. The hotel is 7 minutes from the bus station. 13 minutes from the airport. It cost £13.50 if you get a cab from the airport. I’d advise catching the 600 bus from literally outside the airport paying £2.20 and going to the bus station, you’ll save time and money. Due to the way the city is directed, it’s actually just as quick if not quicker on bus. Thank you for the Etap experience. 💫
