Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street) hotel

Really good location, walking distance to the city and all other attractions. Staff members are really warm and welcoming. Very clean hotel. Definitely worth staying there. I would recommend to anyone visiting Belfast. If I could give more than 5 stars I would be happy to give them more stars.

Had a fantastic stay here. Staff where all amazing and friendly. Big shout out to Bonita who checked myself and husband in, couldn't do enough for us was so helpful. Loved having conversations with Bonita , great personality and additude for her job. Also Claire who was on at night was so helpful and friendly too. Great location near everything we needed and room was spotless and clean. One thing I would say is staff are amazing even tho they look run off there feet due to less staff. If I was coming back to Belfast I would definitely stay here again.

The place was in a really good position in the city. Walking distance to lots of attractions. The service was amazing, could not fault it. And the breakfast buffet was amazing. The room left a bit to be desired, but for how little we paid it was good. The room had a bit of smell and so did the bathroom. Could do with an upgrade. But overall, really good stay.

4th time staying here and it's a 5 minute walk into town on a lovely quiet street. Checking in was quick and efficient and the lady who checked us in was so amiable, warm and friendly (sorry we didn't get your name, you'll remember me as Mark with a K!). Serves a decent pint, room clean and tidy and bathroom immaculate.

Wonderful experience! Visited N.I after moving away years ago. Felt extremely welcomed by the staff here. When we checked in we met 2 lovely women who helped accommodate us. The room we stayed in was absolutely lovely and clean. There is currently on going work to the hotel however this did not bother us and we couldn't hear anything. I would like to thank the wonderful staff who were very friendly! One of the ladies even tried to find me the posher organic tea. Thank you for such a lovely experience ♡
