Warren was amazing support when I was pregnant and it’s my 2nd, I had a terrible fear of blood which with my pregnancy gave me terrible anxiety, he helped me to look at it in a different way and gave me ideas to manage breathing for my labour. Would highly recommend and such a lovely person

Never give anything five stars as normally it can always be better. Nope. Warren has nailed it. Went to him for 3 sessions to rewire certain aspects of my life. Results were instant and lasting despite my initial skepticism. Went from drinking 10 cans a night to 2, that day. Promise, really did. And now I have my drinking completely under control. If you need tweaking, warren is the man to do it.

I was sceptical as i'm quite the "realist" - I've struggled with mental health issues for over a decade and recently my anxiety has been overwhelming. I booked in with Warren on a whim as the waiting times for the NHS are shocking and anybody with anxiety will understand that you'd try/pay anything to make the feeling go away. I can honestly say Warren is one of the nicest people i've ever met, He's professional, empathic, reassuring and understands what he's speaking about, he isn't reading from a self help manual. He puts you at ease and you feel like you've known him years. I left my first session mind blown. If you're reading this and looking for a sign.. do it. It could maybe take the edge off or even change your life. I've got more from 2 sessions with warren than I have from the NHS CBT in a year.
