Always helpful, been with them for a good few years, sadly they couldn't insure my truck so left, but always bn pleased, real people to talk to with beautiful accents

First time i've used cornmarket insurance services, and now wish i'd known about them previously. just renewed my home insurance and the staff were not only very courteous, they also went out of their way to explain certain aspects of the policy, that no other previous home insurance company have ever done, and did so with the customer in mind, even though it took them longer. in a word, excellent.

Mark the advisor i was dealing with was absolutely brilliant. couldn’t do enough to help and got me a great deal saving a fortune and ended up with better cover.

Generally good insurance company to work with. when speaking on the phone, very helpful. difficult to get hold of for renewals etc though, opening hours clashed with my working hours and as i drive for a living i couldn't call during the working day. their price was competitive the first few years however this year they were a good £200 more than some of the competition, hence i've gone elsewhere. i did try to call a few times to see if they ould match it, but couldn't seem to get in touch with the right member of staff to help me and was told to expect a call back. i did get a call back eventually but again, during my working day. i had 3 claims whilst insured through them, 2x windscreens and a non fault claim, all were dealt with very quickly with very little involvement from myself.
