Kamakura Sushi & Ramen Japanese Restaurant Belfast

My family and I ate at the kamakura, Donegall Pass restaurant today and ..oh my goodness..the food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS..we had a range of sushi and noodle dishes. One of my family members is vegetarian and the owner ensured the chef was very conscientious with the food preparation. The staff and owner were professional and polite and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and friendly. The chef prepared the food to an AMAZING high standard. We were very impressed and most definitely will come back. To the owner, chef and staff,thank you so much for a delicious and relaxed dining experience..we will most definitely be back. Absolutely unreal food. Me and my boyfriend have been twice now and will definitely be going back. The spicy salmon sushi and the beef ramen is very good. Definitely recommend

Food was top notch. Service was amazing. Slight error in our order, was fixed immediately & we were well taken care of (above & beyond actually) Sushi was fresh & absolutely delicious. Kimchi Ramen was best we ever had. Tempura was perfect. Even ordered takeaway to bring back to hotel. Can’t wait to return. Excellent value for money. ** We have now dined in twice & had full take away once & took extra sushi home both dine in times) love this place! Service is amazing, friendly & knowledgeable! Food is just divine!!

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Belfast. My kids love sushi and kamakura did not disappoint. The sushi boat presentation was like a work of art and tasted even better. My daughter said the salt & chilli squid was the best she ever had. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us 5*+

The restaurant is a little bit compact but it has a lovely atmosphere of traditional Japanese themes. Although it can be a little bit expensive the portion sizes are big and very fresh. There's a good choice of ramen, sushi, yakisoba and starters. They have good options for vegetarian people also.
