I buy quite a lot from this store, attracted by the original designs and product quality. my latest purchase was made online. i was astonished when sean turned up at my door having cycled around 10 miles from the shop to deliver in person - some customer service!

I had a great experience contacting and purchasing a little bracelet for my new little niece. i live in australia and came across the business when googling, it was very straight forward once i had chosen the bracelet i liked and up until it was delivered to the door. i thought the service was brilliant, very responsive, helpful and personal. i have recommended to my friends. thank you so much again. awesome!!

Recently bought a mens palladium wedding band here. sean gave me a quote in the shop and after looking online and in one or two other shops nowhere else was close on price. when the ring arrived the quality was excellent. sean also insured that the ring arrived within 2 weeks, and actually ordered a slightly heavier ring for the same price as it could be delivered more promptly at no additional cost (even after i had told him i did not mind paying a little extra as i knew his margins were quite fine). overall excellent service, quality and price. would go back again

This was the best experience of online purchasing i have ever had. i ordered on sunday evening, and had a gift delivered on monday morning before 10.00am. i have bought a lot from lauren may over the past 20 years, but this was amazing. they also have done repair work for me and it too was faultless. well done.
