I went here today to buy a present for a friend. i didn't want anything too expensive but i wanted to see a range of items about 8 things which they get and place on a tray for you. i had them on my phone and showed them to the girl who was more than happy to help. i saw other things and i asked could i see them also which i thought she might get a bit annoyed about as i was back and fort but no she couldn't have been more accommodating. this in itself was a relief she even gave me advice on what to buy and the different sets things came in. sometimes i go into jewellery stores and if you don't know what you want then they stand and look right through you and its so off-putting. the variety and price in warren james is excellent and the pieces are beautiful. i was so happy with my purchase and they even put it in a gift 🎁 bag as it was a present what more could you ask for. will always try here 1st for that special gift 🎁 as the standard of customer service 😀 was excellent 👌.
