Have bought 4 necklaces 3 pair earrings and a ring. All gifted wrapped. Price is brilliant and the jewelry is beautiful.

I went here today to buy a present for a friend. I didn't want anything too expensive but I wanted to see a range of items about 8 things which they get and place on a tray for you. I had them on my phone and showed them to the girl who was more than happy to help. I saw other things and I asked could I see them also which I thought she might get a bit annoyed about as I was back and Fort but no she couldn't have been more accommodating. This in itself was a relief she even gave me advice on what to buy and the different sets things came in. Sometimes I go into jewellery stores and if you don't know what you want then they stand and look right through you and its so off-putting. The variety and price in Warren James is excellent and the pieces are beautiful. I was so happy with my purchase and they even put it in a gift 🎁 bag as it was a present what more could you ask for. Will always try here 1st for that special gift 🎁 as the standard of customer service 😀 was excellent 👌.
