Since retirement i've begun to go to the baths and gym three times a week when i can. i'm feeling the benefits and invigorating joy of this and hope to get into a regular routine. stay fit everyone.

Had a lovely day today at falls swimming baths, brought my granddaughter who lives in the north of the city. hadn’t been there in a few years, and colleen on reception went above and beyond to help me ! got me sorted at reception and then showed us around. an absolute credit to belfast ! 🤗 very clean too
Staff are amazing. first time visiting the lady at reception accompanied us to the changing rooms and gave us a tour pointing out everything we would ever need to know. made us feel really welcome.
