I had a pregnancy massage and she worked right in there to my limits of pain threshold on my back and it was worth it! Stick through any pains and reap the benefits! I had been dealing with a lower back/upper glute pain for a couple months and kept ignoring it until my wife booked this appointment for me. The place is nicely decorated for relaxation vibes and they offer a nice selection of coffee variants (Pods). Natalia, the physical therapist, hit the exact spot just seconds I superficially described the pain with my poor knowledge - clearly they know what they're doing. The physio massage is a bit strong but it definitely corrected a problem for me. 100% recommended!

I had been looking to find someone who is trained in manual lymphatic drainage massage for some time. Jade was lovely, very pleasant, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. The massage was very relaxing and I am keen to go back on a regular basis.
