Fantastic customer service and mattresses! i ordered 2 mattresses online and didn’t realise the quick delivery was only on mainland uk. i got in touch with the store and rebecca very quickly sorted this out for me. the mattresses i had ordered weren’t available, but i got 2 upgraded mattresses (at no extra cost to me) and these were delivered within a few days. i’m delighted with my purchases, and touched that some companies still show compassion and kindness in this day and age! thank you very much to dreams, and especially to rebecca. sarah.
Many thanks to pauline who has an excellent knowledge of the products in the store. she recommended a really comfortable mattress that my dad purchased. good price and fast delivery too.
Dreams has good selwcrionnof mattress, beds, and sofas. can be a bit pricey but give good deals and finance and do process fast. just some snaps when i went looking for some sofa.
