Popped in to buy a temp SIM for holiday. Ronan was great - really helpful with value add in the form of a made to fit screen cover to replace existing yucky one (100% better than off the shelf screen cover options!!). Small teething problems sorted with patience, good humour and gold customer service by Michael. Massive shout out to the entire team!

I recently purchased new phones and renewed my contract with fonehouse Belfast.I was blown away with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff where . They were able to answer all my questions and get me sorted with a fantastic Deal. These people do not treat you as a customer, they treat you like their best friend, you can have a conversation with any one of them for hours on end and not get bored, they truly love their job and do not hide it, I would highly recommend you do business with them. My family and I are now customers for life.

Our family have been using Fonehouse for contracts and repairs for more years that we care to mention. They are attentive and take care to listen to your requirements. Keep up the good work lads especially Noel and Mick who go above and beyond.

Was directed to Fonehouse this afternoon as my phone was showing numerous warnings that it had a virus. Joe could not have been more helpful and I left my phone with him while I went shopping. The other guy in the shop was very friendly and helpful too. Would not hesitate to return if need arises or to recommend them to anyone. Excellent service.
