Very helpful staff. I tend to use the store instead of online as it's easier/ faster to get a resolution. I can walk to the store, get my issue dealt with, and get home faster than if I tried ringing.

Was recently in the three store in victoria square multiple times and I was thoroughly impressed. Specifically Laura -Lee whose service can only be described as outstanding, she was able to deal with and resolve every query I had, and was extremely professional and compassionate to help me through a stressful situation. Working in customer service myself I can only day that my interactions with her are the best service I have ever experienced in 10 years
