Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Belfast

Had an eye issue! Eye wouldn't stop running, pain was awful. Saw a very knowledgeable lady optometrist, issue sorted in 5 mins..Had I not gone here, id have sat in eye A&E for hours...Im so grateful..Got myself a great deal on new glasses and sunglasses for a great price also....Service and staff AMAZING!

Got my glasses here, two for one offer is very good got myself some nice Hilfiger frames. The young lady that served me was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me

Excellent service throughout, had eye test and scan, with feedback. Had great help from lady on floor picking sunglasses and glasses. Same arrived quickly and fitting was excellent. Both glasses are lovely.

An all-round seamless customer experience. Couldn't recommend highly enough loaded with professionalism but with a general cheeriness which made for a very pleasant environment. I understand that she is still quite new but Eileen is a perfect brand ambassador for your store but it's unfair I suppose to single her out, everyone I spoke to was very approachable and friendly. Top marks, simple.

Absolutely outstanding service I received. From the time I arrive felt very welcome. The optician Mark Kroy sorry but forgot the surname Absolutely helpful and very professional spend time to explain my condition I had 2 visits and I was very impressed. Also the manager of the place very helpful and always make sure I wasn't lost and knew what was happening very great place and I would recommend 100% thank you
