Very impressed by my entire experience here. The frames selection is great, fantastic deals and very helpful team. The ladies I dealt with today were all so helpful and friendly.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Vision Express to anyone. Kirsty & Caroline are very professional and patient - they took time during the eye test to listen to all of my concerns and provide any information that I asked for.

My new glasses broke while I was on a tour bus. I called Vision Express in Belfast and they kindly agreed to wait a couple of minutes for me run to the shop once the bus had stopped. Thank you so much Georgia - definitely over and above! 🙏🏻

The best service I've probably ever had in a shop. The staff are really friendly and helpful, everything explained perfectly. All them phone and Internet shops could take a leaf out of their books. The equipment they have for testing are top standard. I even got a CT scan for a extra £10. Thanks to all the staff
