I would wholeheartedly recommend vision express to anyone. kirsty & caroline are very professional and patient - they took time during the eye test to listen to all of my concerns and provide any information that i asked for.
My new glasses broke while i was on a tour bus. i called vision express in belfast and they kindly agreed to wait a couple of minutes for me run to the shop once the bus had stopped. thank you so much georgia - definitely over and above! 🙏🏻
The best service i've probably ever had in a shop. the staff are really friendly and helpful, everything explained perfectly. all them phone and internet shops could take a leaf out of their books. the equipment they have for testing are top standard. i even got a ct scan for a extra £10. thanks to all the staff
