RE:PLAY Clinic - Sports Physio Belfast

I attended Replay this week due to an ongoing issue I have with my shoulder. Chris was very helpful and due to the nature and longevity of the issue he has directed me to see a specialist as he does not think further physio will benefit me and I will need to take it to the next level of treatment. I found this a very honest and trustworthy approach.

Back in 2020, Simon diagnosed and treated me for a bulging disc in my back which was painful and stopped me from playing sports. Since then, Gavin’s been working with me on a rugby specific training programme which has massively increased my strength and fitness. I’ve had no more back problems and am really enjoying rugby with school, club and Ulster U18s. Simon and Gavin are easy to work with, friendly and really do know their stuff.
