I just moved into my new house and encountered a number of issues with my shower. I am a first-time-buyer and a lot of these issues are new to me and I have little experience. Belmont Plumbing Services were highly responsive, engaging and interested in helping. The individual who first answered the phone took my details and gave me some preliminary advice. We scheduled a call out and Philip came to assist. Philip took the time to explain the issue with my shower, broke it down so I could understand and at all times communicated clearly the next steps. Philip came prepared and was able to fix my shower within 1 hour. The prices are fair and worth paying for helpful, quality service. Would highly recommend to anyone new to the wider Belfast area and will be using Belmont Plumbing Services again.
