Charles White have been managing Tyrone House Apartments Belfast from November 2011 and to date they have provided a professional and courteous service. As a Director of the Residents' Committee I have worked closely with Charles White to upgrade and improve the fabric of our period property and resolve any day to day issues. I have found them to be an exemplary management company. Leigh McMaster (Senior Property Manager) has engages effectively with the owner /occupiers since August 2012 and her care and diligence in providing an excellent level of service has proven to be instrumental in finding ways to streamline maintenance costs and promote forward financial planning.

Onboarded an existing development (12 apartments, 3 commercial units) with Charles White earlier this year and have been very impressed with the company. Leigh and her colleagues have been professional, responsive and added value beyond our expectations (based on experiences with prior agents.) Hello all at Charles White Limited, I just wanted to note the improvements in GQMCo after our AGM last night compared to these past few years! We have had a calm enough year and we are in a decent position so I hope we can continue our progress in the future years. Charles White Limited are the management company for the apartment block I live in and I can say they are great to work with and will try their best at all times to help you with any issue. I have recently had a problem with a major company for want of a better description and with the help of Charles White who were meticulous at all times we got to the bottom of the problem and hopefully sorted. Elaine and Leigh in the Belfast office were superb throughout and done all that was asked of them. This company also use the best sub contractors and the one in particular for my problem again mirrored Charles White and with the help of Michael and Eddie, we got there in the end. Having experienced various management companies over the years both as a tenant and landlord, I can say Charles White have been by far the best. I can’t find anything negative to say about them. Helpful, courteous, professional, going above and beyond to help.
