CPS Property - Property management in Belfast

Cps have been an appalling letting agent from the beginning of our tenancy. when we moved into the property it was filthy, having been left with blocked pipes, spilled food all over the hob, and a stained, smelling dirty mattress. there were numerous electrical issues (flickering lights, hob/oven triggering circuit breaker, electrical shocks from sockets), a leak from the shower that soaks the wall by the stairs and drips through the kitchen extractor fan, plus the front door was unable to be opened/ locked from the outside. there are also problems with our boiler that have been reported and ignored. i was willing to initially give cps the benefit of the doubt, as they sent contractors to the property fairly quickly. however, except for the front door, these problems have not been fixed and contractors have not been sent out again despite us asking multiple times. we were given a new mattress, after sleeping on the sofa for more than the first two weeks of our tenancy, and were told that a second company had been contacted to remove our old mattress. a month later, and we still have the old mattress, and after calling again to see if there's any updates, we have now been told that no company were ever instructed to take it and it is our responsibility to remove it. their customer service has been disgusting - we have raised issues politely as we did not want to cause a fuss, and have solved a lot of the problems ourselves at our own expense - and we have been treated as troublemakers, told rudely that there have been "too many callouts to our address" and effectively ignored whenever we have been forced to raise an issue. i wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a functional home.

Cps were fantastic from start to finish! they are quick to action anything discussed and take every bump in the road in their stride! their guidance throughout the entire process was genuine and truly intended to help you make the right decisions. would 100% list with them again.
