Paddy was our solicitor for the sale and purchase of our house. we could not speak highly enough about him!! paddy is diligent, efficient, trustworthy and an excellent solicitor! he explains things in a way that anyone could understand, is down to earth and made the whole house selling/buying process as straight forward as possible. paddy and rachel went above and beyond and we would recommend paddy and his team to anyone.
Exceptionally pleased with the level of service we received while using rafferty mcgrath as our solicitors for a house purchase. we were dealing with paddy. here's why: 1. quotes delivered fast, and accurate to final sum. no nasty surprises. 2. responsive- any queries we had were handled on the same day if not immediately on the phone. no running around or chasing. reception staff also extremely helpful. 3. accomodating - had a change in personal circumstances making it harder to attend at the office and they were above and beyond in terms of accomodating. 4. helpful - never felt rushed off the phone. and legal matters were explained in full. i will absolutely be using their services in the future and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
