Excellent shop with great customer service. Ordered some Dubarry boots which were out of stock and although this was frustrating as there was a 5 week wait and this was a market wide shortage/delay. From the order to delivery James kept in touch and let me know the lead times and when they arrived we then asked to have them swopped for another size that would fit better. the exchange has been done without any quibble or reluctance like some others places - will only use these guys for this kind of footware from now on.

Going the extra mile. I purchased a pair of boots via the website which were found to be faulty prior to despatch. I was given the option to wait three weeks for new stock or accept a full refund. I’d been trying to acquire the boots for a trip and there didn’t seem to be any UK stock but as the staff had been so helpful I decided to manage without and let them supply me when they could. However, completely unexpectedly, Kenny contacted me to say that he’d located a pair which he would arrange to have shipped if he could have my temporary address. Wow, you don’t get much better service than that. Thanks a million.

I truly had the most amazing experience. They are so attentive and caring and want to get the right shoes for you. I had no idea there were so many variations of a shoe size. 100% would recommend and I will be back. Thank you 😊
