Spa Experience

First of all, teagan.. the most relaxed, friendly and helpful host who made our experience super stress-free! the thermal spa facilities were great, felt really relaxing and private together with my girlfriend and the access to the pool was the cherry on top! will definitely be back

The spa experience belfast is great - receptionist teigan was warm and welcoming and the price was £12.50 from £15 because the jacuzzi was down - this didn’t bother me one bit because the cold drinking water, saunas, steam rooms, heated seats and ice room are mint. 🤌👌💯 don’t expect the world but for £12.50 i am so relaxed...

My mum, sister and i decided to have a girlie day with vouchers we gifted each other at christmas today and i have to say, the spa was wonderful. tori who took my sister and i was amazing and so friendly, nice and chatty and kept us both relaxed for our first spa experience (ever). my mums masseuse was also wonderful. mum really appreciated that she asked if she would prefer a more relaxed massage or a pain relief massage - she chose relaxing and said she hit all the right tension spots. this is the first time my mum has ever left a spa *not* complaining of pain, which for us is a huge win!! the only reason i didn't give 5 star is because the jacuzzi/pool wasn't available on this occasion (but i here repairs are happening soon) and also their website is extremely difficult to book appointments on - just call up or email the team as they're extremely helpful anyways! my sister and i are already planning our next visit. thank you to all the staff we encountered.

First time going to this spa and i had the best deep tissue massage ever with agnieska! would highly recommend her as a keen gym goer she knew the spots that needed the most work. she is amazing!!!!

Overall, it was a good experience. the staff are nice and helpful. for first time visitors, you don’t need to bring any towel, bathrobe, dryer, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner unless you want to use your own. they will give you a bag with cleaned towel and bathrobe, and you can also borrow slippers from the front desk. if you’re not a better gym all-inclusive member, you might have to pay £16.20 for 2 hours thermal spa. the thermal spa includes (cold & warm), sauna, steam room, ice plunges and jacuzzi. there are 4 seats which you have to compete for especially on weekends. bring some water as you need to hydrate yourself there. mobile phones are not prohibited in the seating area but ask to use with respect to others. but of course, you can’t bring phones or any electronic devices in the sauna and steam room. the only thing i don’t like is that the seating area. 4 seats aren’t enough for people coming on weekends and most people are likely to go to sauna on weekends.
