Rung fonacabs for taxi on a Sunday and was transferred first to an auto bot.just hate interacting with them bots and I therefore gave answers it struggled to understand. It was forced to transfer me to a human which is what I always wanted. The operator was lovely and sent me a taxi straightaway .taxi was clean and nice and i had a pleasant trip to my destination

We're visiting from England for the Lionel Richie concert at Ormeou Park and were left stranded outside for over two hours by another company. The driver of this company had passed us on his trips a few times, when he was free he stopped and asked us if we were waiting for a cab, and said he would take us. We were SO grateful as I am disabled, tired, cold and in pain and my husband is diabetic and needed food. We eventually arrived back at our hotel, the Premier inn, Cathedral Quarter at 1.15am this morning, thanks to this very caring, amazing driver. Unfortunately we didn't get his name, but I hope someone will be able to identify him and pass on our gratitude once again.

The service was excellent. Moreover, there was an issue of incorrect charge by the driver and Sarah Thompson, handled it beautifully and despite her going on vacation, she ensured that the difference of amount be credited into my account on time. I had been using FonaCAB since last year and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for taxis in Belfast region as their prices are way cheaper than other taxis! They should look into extending their services in other metropolitan areas as well!

First time in Belfast and travelling solo.I was really grateful to this prompt reliable service and to the taxi drivers themselves who chatted to me as I went about my visit. The automated phone service worked well and my bookings were made and the taxis arrived on time. Also when the automated service couldn't pick up what I was saying due to Scottish accent I was then transferred to a really helpful guy who then got my booking. Thank you so much and I will definitely use this company again when I visit again.
