Currently on the Alton Towers trip and both the driver and tour manager have been superb. Both Al and Mervyn have bent over backwards to make sure every single family is looked after and have everything they need.

Had the best experience and fantastic customer service from Leah. I had been in an accident and was due to fly the morning after contacting Leah. She made everything so simple and was able to get everything changed for us. Leah took a great deal of worry off my shoulders. Thank you Leah. You were both caring and empathetic. You really made my day. You are a credit to Travel Solutions.

Brilliant ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 We are just back from a trip to London with tour guide/ travel consultant Colin Brown is absolutely amazing. He was so personable and great with everyone in our group. Chatting away about everything making sure we all know as much as we could about London and wee hidden gems most people aren't aware off. He was amazing a real credit to himself and the company. Our trip wasade so much better by Colin and Ryan our bus driver in London giving us wee tips for travel and places to eat etc. Honestly was a brilliant trip and when we travel again I will definitely be requesting Colin as our guide

On Holiday to Scotland and it has been the best holiday I’ve ever had. My tour guide Bill is excellent with fantastic knowledge of the area. I’ve been treated like a film star from start to finish. Thank you most definitely will book again.

Had a great trip to the Royal Welsh Show last week. Our tour guide Alistair was great and made sure everything ran on time. Nothing was to much trouble. Our coach driver Gordon was brilliant and he was very helpful. Hotel and staff were good.
