We have a long standing relationship with Reflex Studios who have looked after our company website for a number of years now. We have always been impressed with the work they have produced which has been exceptional, to a high standard and outstanding quality. The team are positive and friendly and willing to accommodate any request or change to our website. Their most recent design changes have significantly improved the customer experience for our website and has helped us to deliver new leads for our business.

We are delighted with our new website from Reflex Studios. It is modern, sleek and the functionality is incredibly useful. The team were very patient and offered great advice to help us get the end result we wanted. We felt it was excellent value for money and overall the project was a terrific experience.

We first met with Michael and Reflex 4 years ago at the very early stages of our project. After our first meeting all of our concerns around our website and booking system had been immediately alleviated. Michael's depth of knowledge, understanding and creativity was immediately apparent. He developed a product for us that not only exceeded our expectations but has proven to be tremendous value for money. The subsequent success of our project owed a lot to this product.
One of the most impressive features of Reflex is their ability to continue working with you as your project evolves, to update any requirements you have, to deal with any queries we have had on a very timely basis and to be always pro-active with insightful suggestions. I cannot speak highly enough about Reflex. Their professionalism, communication and end product is of the highest quality and I would highly recommend them.

Having constant problems with payments on my website this past year and rather than seek to solve them, they ignore my emails and telephone messages. It really isn't the way to offer customer service. As a last resort I'm writing this to try and illicit a response!
Edit: you were emailed on Monday you personally. You have not replied. Your work phone number appears not to work. How else am I expected to make contact?

Michael has been nothing but efficient and helpful in creating our new website, listening carefully to our requirements, giving advice and accommodating any requested changes right away. A very easy company to work with and we're delighted with the end product. Would highly recommend!
