Hot Yoga Belfast

Dropped by on a recent trip to Belfast and really enjoyed the classes. Nice facilities, great selection of classes and friendly teachers who explain everything very well and make all levels feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Beautifully led 26&2 class with Anna Leckey this morning. This was my first time in this particular studio and I found it to be welcoming, spacious and clean with good changing room facilities and a friendly community. Very importantly the hot room itself had great heat, humidity, layout and mirrors. Thank you HYB. 🙏🏻🔥

Ive never done any form of yoga before, did slow flow on Tuesday, it was fab, as a beginner, I felt welcome, there was a great energyin the class. I was able to go at my own pace, and surprised myself that I was able to keep up. Really enjoyed the class, felt a mental and physical benefit. Iv already booked my second class and had the best nights sleep. If your considering it, give it a try!!

Couldn’t recommend HYB enough. Danielle is simply amazing and there’s not enough words to describe how much HYB has helped better not only my physical health but mental too. It’s a totally relaxed environment that has zero judgement and all the teachers are so knowledgeable in their practice. M would highly recommend the 26& flow with Danielle for a factory reset for both your brain and body. There’s no words to describe my love for this place ❤️ thank you Danielle and HYB for everything

Went to HYB on a recent trip back to NI for 5 classes. Hugely welcoming studio, good facilities and wide variety of classes. I had 3 different teachers, all of whom were excellent in dialogue and explanation or demonstration. It was my first time with infrared heat which was superb if much more intense than my usual studio. An oasis of restoration away from home.
