I have recently had an acupuncture session with Leo. Initially, I was a little sceptical as it wasn't something I had experienced before, Leo explained everything thoroughly and put me it at ease, leaving me really relaxed and comfortable. Thank you for your competence and reassurance.

Maria has been delivering yoga lessons in my place of work twice a week since the beginning of this year. She is a pure soul who motivates and encourages everybody. She has helped build my confidence and self esteem and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I can't recommend her classes enough, she is truly one of a kind!!

Maria and Leo came into our workplace and were an incredibly calming and knowledgeable influence. Their session really brought the team together in a moment of mindfulness after a busy day, and it was a thoroughly positive experience for all.
