Costa Coffee Birkenhead

Good coffee ect., but the place needs a good clean. Whilst I was in store tables left uncleared & loads of detritus on the floors & table legs, even though they where not very busy. Not upto the usual Costa standards.

Service was excellent, even though the staff were spoken to so rudely by some customers. They kept smiles on their faces and were still really pleasant with everyone. Very professional.

The girls weren’t having the best day today due to technological issues. But for me, as a customer it’s not about that, as that’s completely out of their control. As long as the customer service is good (which it was) very good in fact, …
