Asked Makesafe to come out to inspect and replace a lock on a door to my dad's house. As it turned out a new lock was not required and when I asked how much I owed for their visit the very friendly locksmith replied that there was no charge and that it was not a problem. This company clearly understands the importance of relationship based sales when it come to securing repeat business. Top marks and many thanks.

nothing is too much trouble staff very polite and helpful . ordered a car key recently for my old car. cut another key for a key locker , didnt accept payment until i checked it worked. use them regularly.
