Nice park for dogs and children with great views across the river
Mersey park has good views across the mersey towards liverpool, hence the park's name. the park has a children's playground and a football/basketball multi-use games area. there is also a measured 1 mile route for running/walking around the park which is well marked out.
Just walked through mersey park this evening, after such a warm day for the beginning of spring, was really nice walking through the park. really nice looking at the views across the water to see liverpool lit up. seen a few people with their dogs enjoying their walk as well.
