Birkenhead Priory

Excellent visit to the priory. It's free to visit and there is a free tour of the site which we went on. Frank the tour guide was fantastic and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Walked up St Mary's tower approx 100 steps but the view of Liverpool is worth it. Can highly recommend

Amazing views across the Mersey from St Mary’s Tower. Over 800 years of history in the Chapter House. The whole site is well worth a visit. Only a short walk from Hamilton Square or The Mersey Ferry.
